Uptiv Health, Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive referral growth for the Ambulatory Infusion Center and expand partnerships with key referral sources.

You will develop territory plans, cultivate a multi-specialty sales pipeline, and collaborate with clinicians and operations to convert referrals into authorized visits, contributing to patient access and company growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in referral-based medical sales with a proven track record.
• Strong presentation, organizational, writing, in-service, customer service and collaboration skills.
• Solid knowledge of health insurance plans, referral authorization processes and medical terminology.

• Own development and cultivation of relationships with key referral sources in the market.
• Drive, manage, and own referral generation, growth, and expansion for your territory.
• Aid in developing sales targets and territory plans to boost referral growth.
• Cultivate a diversified portfolio of sales leads and referral sources.
• Develop strong relationships at referring offices and clinics.
• Be a brand champion with referral sources and partners at local events and trade shows.
