Duly Health and Care is seeking a full-time Referral Growth Specialist to lead a territory-based strategy across the Western Suburbs (Lisle, Joliet, Palatine, Elgin, Western Springs). The role emphasizes expanding external referral channels, promoting infusion services, and delivering a high-quality partner experience.

You will travel to physician offices and care teams, build relationships with decision-makers, and track KPI performance while collaborating with operations and marketing to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of healthcare sales, physician outreach, or business development experience.
• Proven track record of driving referral growth and building external provider relationships.
• Experience in infusion services, specialty care, or ancillary service lines preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute a territory-based referral growth strategy with clear accountability for patient volume.
• Build and manage a referral pipeline tracking outreach, conversion, and engagement.
• Conduct in-person visits to promote Duly's infusion services and ancillary offerings.
• Develop trusted relationships with physicians, office managers, and clinical staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and access teams.
