Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow referral volume and revenue across our infusion centers. You will be the brand ambassador to referring physician offices and other stakeholders in your territory, building strong relationships and driving strategic partnerships.

You will travel within your assigned territory, primarily day-time visits, to engage physicians, payers, and employers, while collaborating with operations to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 2 years in infusion/specialty pharma.
• Competitive spirit with customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent listening, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel; primarily day travel within territory; some overnight travel.
• Must be located in/near Monmouth County, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by driving referrals from specialist physician offices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in territory (specialist offices, primary care, pharma reps, payers, employers).
• Collaborate with providers, referral partners, and operations to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Increase brand recognition by attending networking events and community functions.
• Educate physician practices on referral processes and timely patient capture.
• Establish positive relationships with pharmaceutical reps and other sources within territory.
• Input timely reports via CRM and expense platforms.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas.
