River Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative for the Baton Rouge and Lafayette region. The role focuses on lead generation, marketing campaigns, and building referral networks with local hospitals and providers.

You will work under the Director of Business Development, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure effective outreach and growth in our behavioral health services across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales in behavioral healthcare preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential leads through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, social selling, and participation in industry events.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print channels to promote River Oaks Hospital services.
• Market research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
