Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage high-volume applicant screening and move qualified candidates through the interview pipeline. You will screen clinical and non-clinical applications, identify strong fits, and collaborate with Recruiters and hiring managers to advance candidates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting, recruitment coordination, or candidate screening experience.
• Experience with high volumes of applicants and/or candidates.
• Ability to review resumes quickly and identify qualified candidates.
• Experience conducting phone screens or initial candidate interviews.
• Strong judgment to distinguish qualified vs unqualified candidates.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Comfort with recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with LinkedIn or other recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume applicant screening and qualification.
• Review applications across clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Conduct initial screening conversations with qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and assist scheduling with recruiters.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Proactively source candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Move strong candidates through the interview pipeline.
