Chronic Care Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This fully remote role supports nationwide staffing for chronic care management, RPM, and other virtual health programs.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build and manage a large candidate pool, and partner with leadership to meet aggressive hiring goals without sacrificing candidate quality.

Chronic Care Staffing (CCS) is a rapidly growing healthcare organization supporting patients nationwide through Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and other virtual healthcare programs.

We're looking for a high-performing Healthcare Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, takes ownership of results, and knows how to turn qualified candidates into successful hires.

This is a production-driven recruiting role with hiring volumes reaching 50 or more new employees per month, depending on organizational needs. You'll manage a substantial candidate pipeline, leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, and work closely with leadership to meet aggressive hiring goals without sacrificing candidate quality.
