Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of hospitality, customer service, workplace operations, or related experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build partnerships, drive results, and model exceptional customer service behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Coordinators and ensure appropriate coverage across assigned locations.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and equipment leases.
• Establish inventory standards and oversee ordering of office, café, and pantry supplies.
• Monitor expenses and assist with annual operating budget development.
• Enforce workplace policies and procedures, including shared resource scheduling, security access, and visitor management.
• Oversee workplace security and access protocols.
• Analyze operational data to support planning and decision-making.
• Perform duties in accordance with Penn Medicine values, policies, and procedures.
