Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Senior Practice Manager for Penn Family Medicine Southern Chester County. The role provides strategic operational leadership across administrative, financial, regulatory, quality and HR, ensuring efficient daily operations and a patient‑centered approach.

You will oversee 15+ staff and coordinate across departments to manage ~20,000 visits annually, driving quality and financial performance in a high‑performing academic medical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate of Arts or Science (Required) OR Bachelor of Arts or Science (Preferred).
• Education Specialization: 6+ years relevant experience required, including at least 3 years prior management experience in a healthcare setting.
• In lieu of completion of an Associate’s degree, candidates with 10+ years of total experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership across administrative, financial, regulatory, quality and HR.
• Oversee 15+ staff directly and indirectly, and manage 20,000+ annual visits.
• Ensure daily practice operations run efficiently, including scheduling, billing, and service coordination.
• Champion quality initiatives and maintain patient/customer focus.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and interface with UPHS leaders and external partners.

Education

Associate of Arts or Science (Required) OR Bachelor of Arts or Science (Preferred)
