• Oversee receiving dock and materials management functions.
• Serve as primary contact for facility vendors, service providers, invoices, and utility management.
• Partner with leadership to manage budgets, expenses and facility improvement projects.
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure timely invoice processing.
• Lead facility response for emergencies and coordinate support for events and operations.
