CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct the implementation of self-funded New Business client plans within a healthcare environment. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and resolve issues, ensuring delivery meets customer expectations.

In this role you will lead project planning, assign team tasks, define milestones, manage risks, monitor budgets, and provide progress updates.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience with direct management of client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to assess risk and drive issue resolution.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated execution and delivery skills with multiple competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects with timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, and team assignments; monitor progress.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation and change management plans, and track issues.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation steps.
• Coach junior colleagues and drive process improvements across the project management practice.
