Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project teams on healthcare construction initiatives. You will oversee scope, cost, and schedules, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, budgeting, and program management across multiple projects or programs. Travel is part of the role as needed.

Formación

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management
• Certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead a project team on large or multiple projects or a program.
• Define technical scope of the project.
• Promote repeat business and reference quality through coordinated, well-communicated tasks.
• Review cost estimates.
• Manage project-level conflict resolution.
• Maintain monthly project budgets for current and forecasted expenditures.
• Facilitate client communications and provide regular reports.
• Achieve client objectives by managing the project and goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Attendance at work during normal business hours.
