Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ healthcare construction experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership; on-site experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner’s Advisor for all project phases.
• Develop and administer project policies.
• Coordinate construction activities with client and stakeholders.
• Recruit and hire key project staff.
• Manage project schedule and budget tracking.
• Prepare management and client reports.
