Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the development and build-out of approximately 35,000 SF of new clinical space in San Francisco, CA. You will provide senior-level leadership coordinating design, construction, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates have 10+ years in construction/project management with CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED certifications. Competitive salary of $136k–$181k with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, managing & coordinating all aspects of project, scope and cost.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and re-evaluate scope throughout the project and adjust as necessary.
• Experience with cost estimation, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead design management, procurement strategies, construction, fit-out, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer the project by identifying savings opportunities and ensuring material substitutions are equal.
• Manage on-site project stakeholders and prepare the PM plan and budget at project outset.
• Drive the permitting process and ensure compliance with client design standards and budget.
• Oversee entitlement process for zoning and coordinate with cost management for estimates.
