Job summary

McGough Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager – Healthcare to plan and lead complex healthcare projects from inception through deployment, overseeing resources, schedule and budget. You will drive client satisfaction, mentor staff, and champion McGough’s safety culture across multiple sites and teams.

The role emphasizes strong partnerships with owners, design firms, subcontractors, and suppliers, with accountability for cost, schedule and quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, preconstruction and business development; lead response to RFPs with Marketing and interview prep.
• Lead preconstruction efforts; build and maintain client, design partner and owner representatives relationships.
• Lead/coordinate page turn and verify scope/budget/schedule alignment throughout preconstruction.
• Oversee project management staff mentoring and training; manage project staffing and resources.
• Direct safety protocols on sites and perform regular jobsite walks.
• Assist in estimating, scheduling, and reviewing subcontractor proposals and CPM schedules.
• Facilitate post-construction lessons learned and project closeout activities.
