Cumming Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to join our Program & Project Management team. You will lead healthcare-focused projects on-site, owning each project's success from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction.

This client-facing role requires on-site work, strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven track record managing complex healthcare construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of construction experience on healthcare projects is required.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems is required.
• On-site experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and business presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner's Advisor with primary responsibility for all phases of the project.
• Develop, establish and administer policies for the project.
• Coordinate construction activities with client and key stakeholders.
• Attract, interview and assist in hiring key talent.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure schedule and budget.
• Review project proposals for time frame, funding, staffing and resources.
• Outline work plans with client to assign duties and authority.
• Review status reports and adjust schedules as required.
• Prepare project reports for management and client.
• Manage resource planning, cost control, and staffing across phases.
• Recruit or assign project personnel and resolve disputes.
• Implement internal policies and procedures.
• Engage in outreach to provide project information.
• Perform other duties related to the above.
