Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and build-out of approximately 35,000 SF of new clinical space in San Francisco, CA. You will coordinate design, construction, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, delivering senior leadership and project oversight.

The role demands experience managing complex projects, strong cost control, and effective collaboration with diverse teams. A CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction, CM, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED
• Proven experience managing complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or institutional construction projects

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal.
• Manage the on-site project stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset.
• Evaluate documents and communicate the client’s specific goals and expectations to all project team members.
• Develop and communicate action plans that will lead the project team throughout the project.
