Cumming Group is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager in Miami, FL to join our fast-growing Program & Project Management team focused on healthcare projects. You will work on diverse projects, maintain client relationships, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires on-site healthcare construction expertise, strong leadership, and excellent communication. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real estate development or closely related field.
• 5+ years' healthcare construction experience.
• On-site experience required.
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsabilités

• Act as Owner's Advisor with responsibility for all phases of project.
• Develop and administer project policies.
• Coordinate construction activities with client and stakeholders.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare project reports for management and client.
• Review status and adjust schedules as needed.
• Lead recruitment and staffing for project phases.
