The Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Denver to lead healthcare construction projects and deliver successful outcomes for our clients. You will manage scope, cost, schedule, and communications with stakeholders while mentoring project teams.

Requirements include a BS in Construction Management or related field, 8+ years of PM experience, and relevant certifications; CCM, PMP, PE, AIA or LEED are preferred. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture or related field.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA or LEED certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead a project team for medium to large size projects or programs.
• Define technical scope and manage cost, schedule, and client communications.
• Review cost estimates and maintain monthly budgets.
• Facilitate client communications and provide reports on progress.
• Promote opportunities for repeat business and ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on site.
