Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead healthcare construction projects within a dynamic Program & Project Management team. You will work client-facing, oversee all project phases, and ensure delivery on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, Arch, real estate or related field.
• 8+ years’ construction experience on healthcare projects.
• On-site experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequences and drawings/specs.
• Experience with cost-estimating, construction/PM and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Act as Owner’s Advisor with primary responsibility for all phases of project.
• Develop, establish and administer policies for the project.
• Coordinate construction activities with client and key stakeholders.
• Attract, interview and assist in hiring key talent.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Review project proposal to determine time frame, funding, staffing and resources.
• Outline and implement work plans and assign duties and authority.
• Prepare project reports for management and client.
• Review status and provide management reports on scheduling and cost controls.
• Establish staffing for each phase and arrange recruitment.
• Review actions to resolve disputes and implement policies.
• Outreach to provide information about the project.
