LeanTaaS is hiring a Product Implementation Manager for iQueue in the United States. This remote-friendly role guides surgical practices through optimization deployments, coordinating data, configuration, validation, and rollout while balancing technical know-how with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor workflows, measure success, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple implementations nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in healthcare implementation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with general software implementation processes and healthcare IT systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead and independently manage customer implementations from kickoff to rollout as primary contact.
• Guide scheduling, perioperative workflows, and OR assignment, identifying workflow gaps.
• Communicate IT/data requirements and ensure customer teams understand data needs for iQueue.
• Oversee data pipelines, interfaces, and custom workflows, documenting changes.
• Monitor progress and resolve risks to ensure a smooth go-live and positive experience.
• Track KPIs and propose workflow improvements based on customer feedback.
• Build practice leadership relationships and develop super users to drive adoption.
