Job summary

LeanTaaS seeks a seasoned professional to lead Lean-based process optimization for the iQueue for Infusion Centers product. You will partner with hospitals to design scalable operational playbooks and drive adoption with cross-functional teams.

You’ll manage change with data-driven insights, collaborate across Product, Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and travel up to 50% to client sites. A strong background in Lean and healthcare operations is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience with operational excellence and cross-functional leadership.
• 5+ years in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, project management, or customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial/systems engineering or related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with infusion center customers to analyze workflows and implement Lean practices with the iQueue platform.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and track efficiency metrics.
• Design scalable playbooks, tools, and training to define success measures.
• Lead large-scale change management and communicate progress and risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption.
• Refine workflows to improve scalability and effectiveness.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites.
