Job summary

Remote is seeking a results-driven Implementation Manager to lead customer deployments of Patient Throughput and Clinical Staffing solutions. You will work closely with hospital teams, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders to design configurations, validate data, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You’ll partner with the Customer Success and Product teams to optimize workflows, handle discovery sessions, and coordinate security/compliance checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
• 2+ years in client-facing roles (consulting, customer success, or implementation).
• 3+ years in quantitative, data-intensive roles.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems including EHR data structures and HL7.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to rollout for Patient Throughput or Clinical Staffing.
• Collaborate with Success team to ensure accurate configuration of workflows.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clinical/operational stakeholders.
• Communicate technical requirements to customer IT and coordinate security/audits.
• Design and execute test scenarios to validate functionality and data accuracy.
• Travel up to 25–50% to client sites.
