Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, Public Health, or Operations Management) or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience: 1-2+ years of client-facing implementation, consulting, project delivery, or healthcare operations.
• Experience: 1-2+ years supporting Agile teams, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or technical project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Client Support & Implementation Tracking: act as day-to-day contact for health plan clients and coordinate milestones, items, and dependencies.
• Product Backlog & Agile Support: translate business needs into epics and user stories; maintain backlog with acceptance criteria; assist in UAT coordination.
• Client Readiness & Cross-Functional Coordination: prepare program workflows, coordinate readiness gaps, and go-live tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communication & Continuous Improvement: produce status updates, risk logs, and suggest improvements to tools, templates, and processes.
