Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient access.
• Partner with the Group Practice Director to implement policies and improve workflows.
• Manage staff performance, evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.
• Cultivate a collaborative, respectful work environment and coordinate staff development.
• Monitor budgeting, payroll, and revenue cycle processes; oversee vendor relationships.
