Reporting to the Director of Practice Operations, you’ll drive workflow improvements, budgeting, staffing, and revenue cycle oversight while collaborating with clinical leadership to support multiple sites or complex services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a physician’s office administration and medical billing.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for staff and patients.
• Experience coordinating schedules and practice operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations for physician, CNM, and NP practices to ensure quality patient care.
• Partners with Practice Director to set policies and improve office workflows.
• Oversees staff performance, training, and onboarding; supports HR processes.
• Monitors budget, payroll, and revenue cycle processes; ensures compliant record-keeping.
• May coordinate resident/fellow rotations and multi-site or multi-specialty practices.
