Job summary

Tenet Florida Physician Services is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee all administrative and operational functions for assigned practices. You will manage staffing, patient relations, and patient flow while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient office operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and driving improvements in efficiency and revenue cycle performance. A healthcare background and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred; Master's a plus.
• At least 3 years of physician practice management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare fiscal management and HR practices.
• Ability to apply policies to solve problems in a complex environment.
• Healthcare background is desirable; strong MS Office proficiency required.
• Excellent project management and multitasking in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and operational functions for assigned practice(s).
• Ensure smooth operation, inventory control, and patient flow.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
• Support revenue cycle activities including billing and deposits.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, CLIA, DHS, etc.).
• Prepare monthly reports and KPI analyses; suggest improvements.
