Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of physician practices in a high-volume setting in Atlanta. You will lead staff, manage processes, and ensure delivery of safe, timely, and cost-effective patient care.

The role requires strong customer service skills, experience in office management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in administrative or office management role.
• With Master's degree, two years of experience in administrative or office management role.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with Practice Leadership, manages daily operations of practice(s) to meet patient, customer, financial, and quality goals.
• Leads a team including interviewing, hiring, training, developing, directing work and processes, and managing performance.
• Monitors time and attendance, work behavior, productivity, and customer service across staff.
• Coaches staff to align practice and productivity goals and improve methods.
• Displays leadership and holds self-accountable to expectations across activities.
• Manages financial operations including budgeting, payroll, and financial reports for practices.
• Supports revenue cycle functions such as insurance verification, coding, and denials reduction.
• Leads approved medium and large-scale projects to enhance operations.
