Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day practice operations across multiple locations, ensuring quality patient and family experience while improving revenue generation and operational efficiency.

The role requires 5 years in operations with financial, HR, and systems background, healthcare setting, and experience with Epic and Microsoft. A Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Health Administration is required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operations with strong financial, human resources, and systems background.
• Experience in a physician practice setting.
• Demonstrated experience with systems/software/technology components such as Epic and Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day practice operations in partnership with clinical operations leaders.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve access, quality, revenue, and expense control.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to providers (schedules, initiatives, reimbursements).
• Forecast and develop operational and capital budgets with monthly and ad hoc variance interpretation.
• Manage revenue cycle activities including charge capture, reconciliation, and denial monitoring.
• Ensure backend processes support seamless patient throughput and financial viability.
• Maintain alignment with technology and evolving practice needs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate progress on KPIs.
• Oversee expansion projects and administrative activities across locations.
