Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Practice Coordinator NE to oversee daily operations of the Elliot Hospital practice area, reporting to the Practice Manager. You will supervise non-clinical staff, coordinate schedules, monitor costs, and ensure high standards of patient access and service

Responsibilities include training new staff, maintaining documentation, and driving process improvements in collaboration with leadership. Prior EPIC PSR knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in a busy, complex office environment managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge: EPIC PSR functionality; strong PC and office software skills.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Abilities: Ability to work with diverse groups and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the work area or unit.
• Manage and coordinate patient, provider and departmental schedules to maximize access.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and support budget adherence.
• Perform performance evaluations for non-clinical staff and assist with hiring.
