Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Process all incoming referrals for new and existing patients and contact patients to schedule appointments.
• Assist potential new patients and referring offices with new patient processes with high call volume.
• Answer and screen calls, verify demographics and insurance information.
• Maintain logs and track production for referral office.
• Complete MINI registration in EPIC and schedule patients with appropriate provider.
