Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Lean Six Sigma program and embed lean principles across the system. You will align improvement initiatives with strategic priorities and develop people and processes to achieve sustained results.

The role partners with executives, physicians, and leaders across all affiliates to drive enterprise-wide quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Organizational Behavior is required.
• ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Master Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of performance/operations improvement experience utilizing LEAN/DMAIC.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma at the organizational or system level.
• Experience working with physicians and operational leaders in a complex healthcare environment.
• Experience with accreditation and regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, Baldrige Health criteria) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Memorial Health’s Lean Six Sigma program and manage colleagues providing performance improvement support.
• Embed Lean Six Sigma principles into daily operations and ensure system-wide alignment with strategic priorities.
• Develop people and processes to achieve sustained results.
• Partner with executives, physicians, and leaders across affiliates to drive enterprise-wide quality and operational excellence.
