Job summary

Christiana Care is seeking a Performance Improvement Program Manager to drive quality, safety, and operational performance across the system. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Lean Six Sigma, RCA, and other tools, and use dashboards to track outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical leaders, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory readiness with Joint Commission, CMS, and Magnet standards. An advanced healthcare degree or related master’s program is required.

Qualifications

• Nursing license to practice in Delaware is required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in healthcare or related field, or enrolled in a related master’s program.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and performance.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, and other PI methods to redesign processes.
• Use data and dashboards to monitor quality measures and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage projects and drive change.
• Support regulatory readiness including Joint Commission and CMS standards.
