As the first point of contact, you must deliver professional service, manage emergency calls with urgency, maintain accurate call records, and assist in troubleshooting the phone system.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• PBX systems knowledge, medical terminology, and bilingual abilities preferred.
