Job summary

Anders Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly external payroll, including collecting timecards, auditing them for accuracy, and entering data into our internal system and ADP. You will follow up on discrepancies promptly and communicate clearly with internal teams and traveling healthcare professionals.

You will run payroll through ADP and Salesforce, manage deductions and reimbursements, and ensure onboarding paperwork is complete and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Travel Staffing Payroll (multistate) and ADP WFN.
• High accuracy for small details.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive communicator and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, audit, and calculate weekly timesheets from Traveling Healthcare Professionals and vendors.
• Process payroll through ADP and Salesforce with timely manager approvals.
• Audit deductions and reimbursements and apply to pay correctly.
• Handle onboarding and onboarding documentation in ADP and Xenqu.
• Serve as first point of contact for payroll inquiries and maintain strong internal/external relationships.
• Ensure compliance across multiple systems and adapt to changing priorities.
