Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Chicago seeks a Product Solutions Manager in Healthcare Payments to define and configure complex solutions for key client relationships in partnership with Sales. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating needs into product feedback and roadmap alignment.

You will lead solutioning, engage with client teams, support pricing and account planning, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver tailored treasury and banking solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience solving problems across teams and products.
• Regular engagement with clients during sales cycles.
• Ability to tailor preconfigured solutions for complex problems.
• Experience in a matrixed organization and healthcare knowledge especially Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and adopt client-facing products to meet client needs.
• Act as SME on products and industry trends relevant to clients.
• Support Sales with pricing, pipeline, and account planning.
• Gather client feedback to inform product roadmap and future state.
• Maintain a sales-driven mindset and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Source new opportunities and handle inbound requests.
• Collaborate across departments to address treasury and banking client needs.
