U.S. Bank, via its Elavon subsidiary, seeks an experienced Healthcare Merchant Payments Sales Consultant to develop new business, expand relationships, and deliver consultative payment solutions to healthcare practices and related organizations.

Among the responsibilities are leading discovery conversations, assessing client payment ecosystems, and designing tailored strategies that improve revenue and patient experiences. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Five or more years of experience in merchant acquiring, payment processing, treasury management, healthcare tech, or consultative B2B sales.
• Demonstrated experience developing new business, managing a sales pipeline, and navigating complex multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payments ecosystem including acquiring, gateways, processors, and data security.
• Ability to travel within the assigned market or nationally (estimated 25%+).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a pipeline of healthcare merchant payment opportunities through self-sourcing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations about client payment environments and channels.
• Assess client payments ecosystem including merchant acquiring, gateways, POS, card and ACH acceptance, tokenization, funding, and reconciliation.
• Evaluate healthcare workflows such as patient payments, post-visit balances, and revenue cycle integrations.
• Design and present tailored payment strategies to improve revenue, cash flow, and client experience.
• Coordinate with product, pricing, underwriting, risk, and implementation teams for a smooth end-to-end process.
• Build relationships with Healthcare RM, Business Bankers, Treasury partners, and other sources; provide updates.
• Prepare proposals and exec presentations showing financial and operational value.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast data in Salesforce or designated systems.
• Meet or exceed revenue, sales, activations, and relationship goals.
• Stay current on healthcare market trends, payment technologies, and regulatory expectations.
