Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Program Delivery Consultant to support complex technology programs for healthcare clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop client-ready deliverables, and enable delivery from planning through implementation.

You will work with managers, senior managers, and client stakeholders to address challenges, ensure quality, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technology program support with deliverable ownership.
• 1+ year in healthcare payer or PBM industry experience.
• Experience creating client-ready deliverables and presenting to stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6+ years if only an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Support workstreams within complex technology programs and align with client goals.
• Create client-ready deliverables: program plans, status reports, and risk summaries.
• Coordinate activities across onshore/offshore teams and clients.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Prepare clear program communications for client stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate sessions, document decisions, and follow through on actions.
• Apply healthcare payer knowledge to support informed program decisions.
• Support testing, deployment readiness, go-live, and post-deployment optimization.
• Identify delivery process improvements and enhance client value.
