Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Health Industry Membership Administration Consulting Delivery Lead in the United States (Chicago area). The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in healthcare payer consulting, with at least 5 years on COTS payer platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare payer consulting, with a focus on membership administration processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience supporting COTS health payer platform implementations such as HealthEdge, FACETS, QNXT, or Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (ORMB).

Responsibilities

• Assess client Membership Administration operations to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and growth.
• Evaluate and recommend technology-enabled solutions that eliminate inefficiencies and enable AI-assisted processing across lines of business.
• Develop project plans and solutions tailored to each client's operational context and priorities.
• Lead planning and delivery of client engagements, directing Accenture and client teams while participating in execution.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery that meets client expectations.
• Build trust-based client relationships grounded in consistent delivery.
• Lead by example and create development opportunities for team members with honest feedback.
• Stay current on health industry trends and regulatory changes, sharing insights with clients.
• Contribute to development of Accenture assets and tools focused on Membership Administration.
• Travel up to 80% as needed.
