Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to oversee complex full-lifecycle technology programs for healthcare clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business objectives into plans, and manage governance, risks, and stakeholder communications to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Accenture teams and partners, manage milestones, and support growth through proposals and new opportunities. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex technology programs.
• Minimum 3 years in the healthcare payer or PBM industry with payer process knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years engaging senior client leaders and communicating strategy and status.
• Minimum 2 years leading large, distributed teams using Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams within large-scale technology programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Partner with program leadership to translate objectives into actionable plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional onshore/offshore teams through the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide clear updates on status, decisions, risks, issues and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, manage and elevate program risks and issues across teams.
• Apply knowledge of technology, data, cloud, and AI to connect delivery to business outcomes.
• Oversee development of high-quality client deliverables aligned with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, quality and client value.
• Coach and develop analysts and consultants to foster an inclusive, accountable team.
• Support practice growth by contributing to proposals and follow-on opportunities.
• Travel may be required up to 100% depending on business needs.
