Accenture is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to steer complex, full-lifecycle technology programs for healthcare clients. You will leverage payer experience and technology fluency to deliver measurable business outcomes and guide senior client executives through strategy, mobilization, implementation, go-live, and optimization.
You will also develop teams and expand client relationships. The role requires leadership across global teams, governance setup, risk management, and proactive delivery
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading complex technology programs (full lifecycle).
- 5+ years in healthcare payer and/or PBM industry with payer processes knowledge.
- 3+ years influencing senior client business/tech leaders and communicating strategy.
- 3+ years leading large, cross-functional, distributed teams using Agile/Scrum.
Responsabilités
- Lead large-scale technology programs with on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable client outcomes.
- Serve as advisor to senior client executives on program status, risks, and governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore locations through full delivery lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance, quality, and client value.
