Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead multi–year, large scale technology initiatives for healthcare clients. You will align business objectives with technology strategies, manage onshore and offshore teams, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will coach analysts, drive governance, track budgets, and identify opportunities to improve delivery, quality, and client value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex technology programs, including multiple large-scale implementations.
• 3+ years in healthcare payer and/or PBM with core payer process knowledge.
• 2+ years engaging senior client leaders and communicating strategy and status.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams within large-scale technology programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Accenture, client, and partners, including distributed teams.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and provide clear delivery status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues across the program.
• Apply knowledge of technology and cloud to support decisions and outcomes.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, resource coordination, and quality management.
• Coach/develop analysts and consultants, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to increase client value and contribute to proposals.
