Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead complex healthcare technology programs for clients in the Chicago area. You will manage cross-functional teams, translate business objectives into delivery plans, and drive value through on-time, on-budget execution.

You will work with client stakeholders, technology partners, and Accenture teams to optimize delivery, manage risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading complex technology programs from mobilization through post-deployment optimization.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare payer and/or PBM industry, with core payer processes knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years engaging senior client leaders and communicating strategy and status.
• Minimum 2 years leading large cross-functional, geographically distributed teams using Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams within large-scale technology programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Accenture, client, and partner organizations across onshore/offshore.
• Provide clear status updates on delivery progress, risks, decisions and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and escalate program risks to maintain momentum.
• Apply technology, data, cloud and AI knowledge to drive business outcomes.
• Oversee planning, financial tracking, resource coordination, status reports, and quality management.
• Coach and develop analysts and consultants to foster an inclusive, accountable team.
• Support practice growth by identifying client needs and contributing to proposals.
