Accenture is seeking a senior Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery for production support across multiple clients in the United States. You will ensure service quality, drive improvements, and identify opportunities for follow-on or cross-sell while influencing cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong delivery management expertise, incident handling, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level, with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience in a previous Delivery Lead role with production support across multiple accounts/clients.
• Experience conceiving, implementing and ensuring best practices for incident management across AO/IO towers.
• Min 3 years experience in resource and financial management including forecasting, tracking and reporting.
• Min 3 years experience in client and executive level stakeholders management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to enhance delivery processes and improve production support and service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery objectives with business goals and customer expectations.
• Maintain production volumetrics such as mean time to resolve, average response time, SLA compliance for executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize operational efficiency and remediation SLAs.
• Mentor and support team members to elevate performance and growth.
• RFI, Pre-Sales and Opportunity support including contract management and negotiation.
• Lead Production Support transformation, automation and AI adoption.
