You will guide large cross-functional teams across mobilization to go-live, navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and establish governance while expanding Accenture capabilities and client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex technology programs, including mobilization through go-live.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare payer industry (PBM, claims, enrollment).
• Minimum of 3 years engaging senior client leaders and communicating strategy, status, risks, and recommendations.
• Minimum of 3 years leading large cross-functional, distributed teams using Agile/Scrum delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large-scale technology programs with on-time, on-budget delivery for healthcare clients.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client executives, providing clear program status and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery ecosystems to achieve outcomes.
