Your role includes handling inbound calls, providing service information, documenting interactions in the EHR, and assisting with translation when bilingual skills are available.

• Obtain and evaluate information to ensure timely processing of referrals.
• Coordinate referrals and inquiries with internal departments to facilitate access to care.
• Verify AHCCCS and private insurance eligibility.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the EHR.
