Job summary

TouchPoint, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Patient Dining Services Manager to lead daily patient dining operations in an acute care hospital. You will work with clinical and nutrition teams to ensure high-quality dietary service, compliance with physician orders, and excellent patient experience.

You will hire and develop frontline staff, oversee adherence to regulatory standards including HIPAA, and drive patient satisfaction initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service management experience, preferably in an acute care hospital or healthcare setting.
• Associate degree with relevant food service experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, Hospitality, or a related field
• CDM, DTR, or RD credential preferred
• Knowledge of patient dining operations, therapeutic diets, and healthcare food service standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Proven ability to drive patient satisfaction and service excellence
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee patient dining services operations to ensure high patient satisfaction and service excellence.
• Implement patient food service programs aligned with physician orders and dietary requirements.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop patient services team members.
• Ensure compliance with therapeutic diets while accommodating patient preferences.
• Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and drive continuous improvement.
