Charlie Health in Angola, IN is seeking a field-based Outreach professional to build and manage relationships with clinical partners and referral sources. You will travel locally 4-5 days/week to meet with patients, parents, and providers, advocating for Charlie Health programs and driving market growth.

You will work with a passionate team to execute GTM strategies, assess partnerships, and relay market feedback to marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Angola, IN and fluent in English.
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week for meetings with partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet GTM goals.
