Job summary

Charlie Health in Traverse City, MI seeks an Outreach professional to develop and execute GTM strategy for entering new markets. You will build and manage relationships with referral sources, travel 4–5 days weekly for partner meetings, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to meet go-to-market goals.

The role emphasizes local travel, stakeholder engagement, and a consultative sales approach with health-care partners.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Traverse City, MI.
• Must be fluent in English.
• 1-4 years proven sales experience – owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a consultative style.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person or via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Work with internal teams including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
