Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated business development professional to cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources to grow post-acute referral streams.

You will educate partners about Enhabit services, navigate program requirements, and support transitions that drive patient outcomes and satisfaction. In-office attendance is essential to achieve objectives and build collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of approved nursing/therapy/social work program.
• Two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Clinical licensure if applicable.
• Experience in home health, hospice or post-acute care preferred.
• Experience with electronic referral systems and HCHB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and health systems to grow referrals.
• Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements to assist with post-acute care transitions.
• Support care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction and promote high-quality referral relationships.
