Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated relationship manager to coordinate with physicians, hospitals and health systems to grow referral networks and educate on Enhabit services.

The role requires healthcare business development experience, a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, strong communication skills, and a valid driver license for travel to referral sources and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Clinical license required if performing clinical duties per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, etc.).
• Promotes referral growth by educating sources about Enhabit's services and program requirements.
• Supports patient transitions post-acute care to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
